The rapidly growing emirate of UAE, Ajman has been experiencing tremendous developments from last few years. Located along the Persian Gulf, it is bordered majorly by Sharjah, another emirate in the UAE (United Arab Emirates). It has grown considerably from an unknown city housing few thousands to today being not only a popular emirate but a career destination as well. Jobs in Ajman are sought after by many as opportunities have multiplied manifold.

Similarly, the real estate sector sees a huge inflow of investments with Ajman offering freehold property to investors of all nationalities. This means that it is the second emirate in UAE after Dubai to allow fully transparent 100% freehold ownership on property. The scheme has proved extremely lucrative to investors both within and outside the UAE as many show interest in buying property in Ajman. This has helped boost the real estate industry so much so that government is now planning more developmental projects to cater to the demand. As a result, various residential, commercial and retail projects are in the pipeline promising to transform the skyline of the emirate. Along with the city, its peripheries are also expected to be adorned with residential villas, commercial complexes and shopping malls. Such large scale development is not possible without the sufficiently trained manpower that can carry out all kinds of tasks- from planning to execution to monitoring. Therefore, construction jobs in Ajman are increasing in numbers with demand for professionals required at all levels and stages. 

Even though Ajman is not a very developed city, it has been witnessing developments from last 2 years. It has got its own football club too called Ajman Club, one of the biggest in United Arab Emirates. The mode of transportation is through taxis but they cost very cheap i.e. Dh3 as the basic tariff. Jobs in Ajman can be fun for those aiming at earning good money in a short period of time. Since, there are not many recreation sources, one does not get to spend the money at all ultimately saving all what one earns.
